Refund or Replacement Policy
We have a 10-day refund or replacement policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. It is necessary to include pictures or video for us to properly assess the item.
Refund or Replacements
We will notify you once we’ve received your refund or replacement claim, and let you know if the case was approved or not. If approved, we will send a replacement item to the original shipping address or we will begin to issue a refund on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
